Post-embryonic juvenile of Anguispira alternata, MacJohnson Wildlife Area, Elizabethtown-Kitley, Leeds and Grenville United Co., Ontario (Forsyth collection 10.219.3960), width: 3.1 mm. In this very small example, the alternating colour pattern begins at the transition from protoconch to teleoconch.
